摘要

以全过程工程咨询的提出为切入点,基于监理企业视角阐述如何采用"1+N"的模式将项目管理思维运用到全过程工程咨询。并探讨全过程工程咨询实践难点及策略,以期对监理企业的转型升级及全过程工程咨询的推广使用提供借鉴。
        Taking the proposal of whole process engineering consultation as the breakthrough point,this paper expounds how to apply"1+N" project management thinking to whole process engineering consultation from the perspective of supervision enterprise. Then,discusses the difficulties and strategies of the whole process engineering consultation practice,in order to provide reference for the transformation and upgrading of supervision enterprises and the promotion of whole process engineering consultation.
