摘要
以吲哚为原料,通过修饰8-氨基喹啉合成了一种新型的可以选择性检测Fe (Ⅲ)的螺吡喃探针(8-AQ-SP),考察了该探针的光谱性能及其对常见离子的选择性测试,并进行了实际水样的加标回收检测。结果表明,15种金属离子中,该探针只对Fe (Ⅲ)有选择性猝灭,并且通过肉眼可以观测到明显的颜色不同,实际水样检测中加标回收率96. 4%~103. 7%范围内。该研究为新型螺吡喃探针的开发和实际水质的监测研究提供了一个新的思路。
        A novel spiropyran-based probe( 8-AQ-SP) has been synthesized by 8-aminoquinoline and indole for the detection of Fe( Ⅲ). In this study,the spectral properties and selectivity of the probe were investigated,meanwhile,the recovery rate of the water sample assay was measured. The results showed that the probe only selectively quench the Fe( Ⅲ) among 15 metal ions,and the apparent color difference can be clearly observed. The recovery rate of the actual water samples is in the range of 96. 4%-103. 7%. This study provides a new idea for the development of novel spiropyran probes and the monitoring of actual water quality.
