摘要
在PHC桩沉桩过程中,因设计扭角较多、斜率较大、叉桩过多、自然条件恶劣、跨冬季施工、地质条件复杂等原因,对施工造成了较多困扰,对施工效率影响较大,使施工成本增加,同时经过高低应变检测,个别桩沉桩因存在质量问题需进行补桩处理。论文根据该工程的施工情况对以上存在问题进行分析总结,以便在后续类似工程施工过程中减少不必要的损失,提高沉桩效率。
        In the process of PHC pile sinking, due to many design torsion angles, high slope, too many fork piles, adverse natural conditions, cross-winter construction, complex geological conditions and other reasons, the construction has caused more problems,which has a great impact on the construction efficiency, and increases the construction cost. At the same time, after high and low strain testing, some pile sinking problems need to be remedied. This paper analyzes and summarizes the above problems according to the construction situation of the project, in order to reduce unnecessary losses and improve the piling efficiency in the construction process of similar projects.
