摘要
以蚕豆微核实验为例,从师生互动、实验设计、实验内容、指导环节和实验效果等方面介绍了遗传学自主性设计实验,在取得很好的教学效果的同时,对学生进行了日常生活的科普教育。
Taking Micronucleus test of Vicia faba as an example,this paper introduced the practice of autonomic design experiment from the aspects of teacher-student interaction,experiment design,experiment content,guiding link and experiment effect in genetic.At the same time this reformation achieved good teaching results,the students in the daily life of science education were done.
