四神丸结合天灸罐治疗脾肾阳虚泄泻30例

摘要
目的对比分析用四神丸结合天灸罐与单独使用中成药四神丸治疗脾肾阳虚证型泄泻的临床效果。方法收集脾肾阳虚型泄泻患者60例并将其随机分为治疗组和对照组,各30例。治疗组采用中成药四神丸结合天灸罐治疗,对照组仅口服四神丸治疗。观察并收集2组的临床治疗资料。结果治疗后,治疗组和对照组临床主证、次证评分均低于治疗前(P<0.05),且治疗组与于对照组相比差异有统计学意义(P<0.05);治疗组有效率为96.7%,显著高于对照组有效率83.3%(P<0.05)。结论四神丸结合天灸罐和四神丸单用均可以有效治疗脾肾阳虚型泄泻。而采用四神丸结合天灸罐的方法,更能有效改善症状,产生的临床效果更显著。
Objective To analyze and comparison the clinical effection by using Sishen pill alone and Sishen pill combined with Vesiculation cuping to deal with yang deficiency of spleen and kidney diarrhoea. Methods All the cases were randomly allocated into treatment group and control group. Each group had 30 cases.The patients in the treatment group were treated with Sishen pill and used Vesiculation cuping. The control group took Sishen pill only. The clinical data were observed and analyzed. Results After treantment, the accumulate points of primary symptoms and the secondary symptoms were both lower than before(P <0.05). There were obviously difference on accumulate points between treatment group and control group(P<0.05). The total effective rate of the treatment group was 96.7%, the total effective rate of control group was 83.3%. The total effective rate of the treatment group was higher than that of the control group(P<0.05). Conclusion Sishen pill combined with Vesiculation cuping and using Sishen pill only can deal with yang deficiency of spleen and kidney diarrhea. But the effect of Sishen pill combined with Vesiculation cuping is better than using Sishen pill only.
