观察氨氯地平阿托伐他汀钙片治疗高血压合并冠心病的疗效

摘要
目的探讨分析氨氯地平阿托伐他汀钙片治疗高血压合并冠心病的疗效。方法选取该院收治的98例高血压合并冠心病患者。将其分为研究组和对照组,给予对照组患者硝苯地平控释片治疗,给予研究组患者氨氯地平阿托伐他汀钙片治疗,对比两组患者治疗情况。结果治疗后,对照组患者治疗总有效率为79.59%,研究组为95.92%,差异有统计学意义(P<0.05);研究组患者舒张压、三酰甘油、总胆固醇和低密度脂蛋白胆固醇显著低于对照组,差异有统计学意义(P<0.05);研究组患者高密度脂蛋白胆固醇水平显著高于对照组,差异有统计学意义(P<0.05)。结论给予高血压合并冠心病患者氨氯地平阿托伐他汀钙片治疗干预具有显著治疗效果,可以在较大程度上改善患者血生化指标、血压和心率,缓解临床症状,提升生活质量,值得在基层临床治疗上推广使用。
Objective To investigate the efficacy of amlodipine atorvastatin calcium tablets in the treatment of hypertension complicated with coronary heart disease. Methods 98 patients with hypertension and coronary heart disease admitted to our hospital were enrolled. The patients were divided into the study group and the control group. The control group was treated with nifedipine controlled release tablets. The patients in the study group were treated with amlodipine atorvastatin calcium tablets. The treatment status of the two groups was compared. Results After treatment, the total effective rate was 79.59% in the control group and 95.92% in the study group, the difference was significant(P<0.05).The diastolic blood pressure, triglyceride, total cholesterol and low-density lipoprotein cholesterol were significantly lower in the study group than the control group,the different was statistically significant(P <0.05); the high-density lipoprotein cholesterol level in the study group was significantly higher than the control group,the different was statistically significant(P<0.05). Conclusion The treatment of amlodipine atorvastatin calcium tablets in patients with hypertension and coronary heart disease has significant therapeutic effects, which can improve the blood biochemical indicators, blood pressure and heart rate, relieve clinical symptoms and improve the quality of life, which is worth promotion in the basic level of clinical treatment.
