亚麻木脂素提取液渗透模型建立与验证

摘要
为提高亚麻木脂素的纯度,在对提取液进行冷冻干燥前,用中空纤维超滤装置对亚麻木脂素提取液进行澄清、净化。以超滤理论为基础,建立了超滤过程中表达平均通量与膜进口压力关系的理论渗透模型。以实验数据为基础,对理论渗透模型进行求解,建立了适合本试验的简略渗透模型。验证实验表明,简略渗透模型能较好地预测中空纤维超滤膜澄清亚麻籽木脂素提取液的平均通量,实验值略高于计算值,最大绝对误差为2.9×10~(-6 )m~3/(m~2·s)),最大相对误差为3.8%。
        In order to improve the purity of flax lignan, the extract was clarified and purified by hollow fiber ultrafiltration device before it was been freeze-dried. Based on the ultrafiltration theory, a theoretical osmotic model of the relationship between the average flux and membrane inlet pressure in ultrafiltration process was established. And, the theoretical permeation model was solved as well as a simple permeation model suitable for this experiment was set up based on the experimental data. The results of the verification tests showed that the simplified osmotic model could preferably predict the average flux of flax lignan extract clarified by hollow fiber ultrafiltration membrane;and the experimental value was slightly higher than the calculated value the maximum absolute error was 2.9×10~(-6) m~3/(m~2·s), and the maximum relative error was 3.8%.
