摘要
目的:研究厚朴不同生长年限、不同入药部位净制去粗皮的科学性。方法:采用高效液相色谱法,测定已知不同生长年限(10,15,20,25,30,40年)和市售未知年限的不同部位(干皮、枝皮、根皮)的带皮厚朴、去皮厚朴、厚朴粗皮中有效成分厚朴酚与和厚朴酚的含量。结果:已知不同生长年限、不同药用部位的厚朴净制前后两种酚类成分含量均为去皮厚朴>带皮厚朴>厚朴粗皮;枝皮、根皮部位粗皮所占比例分别为5.09%-6.66%、4.42%-10.84%;生长年限在10-25年间的厚朴,其干皮粗皮所占比例为10%以下,30-40年干皮粗皮所占比例增长为20%左右;根皮中两种酚类含量显著高于枝皮、干皮;未知年限、不同部位的厚朴净制后两种酚类成分含量变化规律与已知生长年限一致。结论:不同年限、不同部位的厚朴净制后两种酚类含量均升高,表明粗皮为厚朴中的非药用部位,厚朴净制具有一定的科学性;厚朴粗皮所占比例与其生长年限有关;厚朴不同部位酚类成分含量差异较大,建议厚朴应按部位不同区分等级以保证临床药效;厚朴净制是否去粗皮单从其酚类含量等方面确定似有不足,还应结合对其他成分的影响以及药效等多方面综合考虑。
        Objective: To study the scientificity of Magnolia officinalis cleansing by different growth years and different medical parts. Methods: The contents of magnolol and honokiol in different parts(trunk bark, branch bark, root bark) of known growth years(10, 15, 20, 25, 30, 40 years) and unknown years Magnolia officinalis with peels, peeled Magnolia officinalis and rough leather of Magnolia officinalis were determined by high performance liquid chromatography.Results: The two phenolic contents of different known growth years of Magnolia officinalis cleansing in different parts was: peeled Magnolia officinalis> Magnolia Officinalis with peels> rough barks of Magnolia Officinalis. The ratio of medicinal materials in branches and roots was 5.09%-6.66% and 4.42%-10.84% respectively. The proportion of dry and rough bark of Magnolia which has a growth period of 10 to 25 years is below 10%, and the proportion of dry and rough bark of Magnolia which has a growth period of 30 to 40 years increased by about 20%. The two phenolic contents in the root bark was significantly higher than that of the branch bark and trunk bark. The changes of the content of two phenolic components in different parts of the unknown growth years were consistent with the known growth years. Conclusion: The phenolic content increases in different years and different parts of Magnolia officinalis after cleansing, which means rough bark was a non-medicinal part of Magnolia officinalis indicating that cleansing has a certain degree of scientificity.The proportion of rough bark in Magnolia officinalis was related to its growth period. The content of phenolic components in different parts of Magnolia officinalis was quite different. It is recommended that Magnolia officinalis should be graded according to different parts to ensure clinical efficacy. Whether or not the Magnolia officinalis was net to the rough bark was determined to be insufficient in terms of its phenolic content, and should be considered in combination with the effects of other ingredients and the efficacy.
