摘要
针对武汉市汽车产业智能制造发展战略问题,利用SWOT分析法对武汉市汽车产业智能制造的发展战略进行了定性分析,然后利用AHP分析法针对影响因素构造判断矩阵,并计算权重,最后进行一致性检验。在此基础之上,利用坐标法获得了战略四边形,通过计算,得到了战略方位角及战略强度,然后对武汉市汽车产业智能制造的发展战略进行了战略定位和战略选择,最后给出了战略实施对策。
This paper qualitatively analyses the developing strategy for intelligent manufacturing of automobile industry in Wuhan based on SWOT analyzing theory.Analytic hierarchy process(AHP) is utilized to obtain the judging matrix and their individual weight, thus performing the consistency test for verification. Therefore, it obtains the strategic quadrilateral graph including the strategic azimuth and the strategic intensity by applying coordinate method. According to such results, the options or recommendations for developing the intelligent manufacturing level of Wuhan automobile industry have been proposed.
