摘要
概述基层三甲医院住院医师培训工作的现状和实施过程中存在的问题,提出相应对策:通过推进住院医师规范化培训进程,明确住院医师规范化培训的目标,建立适宜的培训模式,提高基层三甲医院住院医师的业务素质、理论知识、临床技能和科研等能力,以此提高医疗队伍的整体素质和医院的医疗质量。
Current state of residents training in a grade-three hospital and the problems existed in the course of implementation were reviewed, and the corresponding countermeasures were raised; in order to improve the overall quality of medical team and medical quality of the hospital, standardized training process of residents were promoted, residents standardized training was targeted, appropriate training mode was established and the abilities including professional quality, theoretical knowledge, clinical skills and scientific research of the residents in primary grade-three hospital were raised.
