贵州高校图书馆专利信息服务现状及发展策略

摘要
对贵州省70所本专科院校图书馆专利信息服务开展情况进行了调研,系统地了解贵州省高校图书馆专利信息服务的现状,指出专利信息服务中存在专利资源购置不足、专业人员缺乏、专利信息服务内容和形式单一简单等问题,提出高校图书馆具备文献资源优势、人力资源优势以及信息服务经验优势,能够承担起专利信息服务的重任。
This paper investigates the development of patent information service over 70 libraries of Guizhou Province and systematically casts light upon the current situation of patent information service in University Libraries of Guizhou Province. It points out the problems existing in patent information service such as insufficient purchase of patent resources, lack of professionals, monotony of service form and content. In addition, it addresses capability of university libraries, with superiorities of literature resources, human resources and information service experience, to shoulder the patent information service.
