<正>变应性肉芽肿性血管炎(allergic granulomatous angitis,AGA),亦称Churg-Strauss综合征(Churg-Strauss syndrome,CSS),是一种罕见的以哮喘、过敏性鼻炎、嗜酸性粒细胞增多为主要表现的肉芽肿性坏死性小血管血管炎,至今病因不明,病理特点是受累组织大量嗜酸性粒细胞浸润和血管外肉芽肿形成,主要累及肺、心、肾、皮肤和周围神经[1]。我科
