复方中草药对山女鳟、白点鲑和亚东鲑肝脏抗氧化及非特异性免疫指标的影响

摘要
在基础饲料中添加0.5%复方中草药,饲喂山女鳟、白点鲑、亚东鲑,并分别于第0、7、14、21、28 d检测其肝脏中丙二醛(MDA)含量、总超氧化物歧化酶(T-SOD)、过氧化氢酶(CAT)、总抗氧化能力(T-AOC)、碱性磷酸酶(AKP)、酸性磷酸酶(ACP)活力、一氧化氮(NO)浓度、溶菌酶(LSZ)含量,以研究复方中草药对山女鳟、白点鲑、亚东鲑肝脏抗氧化及非特异性免疫的影响。结果表明,山女鳟肝脏中,T-SOD活力7 d时显著高于其他时间段(P<0.05),AKP活力7 d时显著高于0、21、28 d(P<0.05),NO含量和LSZ含量7 d时显著高于其他时间段(P<0.05)。白点鲑肝脏中,T-SOD、CAT、T-AOC活力14 d时显著高于0 d(P<0.05),ACP活力呈现升高后降低的趋势,7 d时升至最高且显著高于其他时间段(P<0.05)。亚东鲑肝脏中,T-SOD和T-AOC活力14 d时显著高于0 d(P<0.05),MDA含量14 d时显著低于其他时间段(P<0.05),AKP活力21 d时显著高于其他时间段(P<0.05);ACP活力7、14 d时显著高于其他时间段P<0.05),NO含量和LSZ含量14 d时显著高于0 d(P<0.05)。
        0.5% Chinese herbals medicine compounds were supplemented to the basal formulated diet. Treatment groups were set up to feed Oncorhynchus masou masou and Salvelinus leucomaenisf pipiuvius and Salmo trutta fario. The content of MDA、T-SOD、CAT、T-AOC、AKP、ACP、NO、LSZ in serum liver were measured respectively on the 0, 7, 14, 21 and 28 d, with the view of studying on the influence of compound Chinese medicine to its antioxidation and nonspecific immunity. The results showed that the activity of T-SOD in the liver of Oncorhynchus masou masou was significantly higher with other time(P<0.05) on the 7 d. The activity of AKP on 7 d was significantly higher than that 0, 21 and 28 d(P<0.05). The content of NO and the activity of LSZ was significantly higher with other time(P<0.05). The activity of T-SOD, CAT, T-AOC on 14 d in the liver of Salvelinus leucomaenis significantly higher(P<0.05). The activity of ACP showed a trend of decrease after the increase and reached the highest 7 d. The activity of ACP was significantly higher than other time on 7 d(P<0.05).The activity of T-SOD and T-AOC in the liver of Salmo trutta fario was significantly higher than that on 0 d. The content of MDA was significantly lower with other time(P<0.05) on 14 d. The activity of AKP was significantly higher with other time(P<0.05) on the 21 th day. The activity of ACP was significantly higher with other time(P<0.05) on 7 and 14 d. The activity of LSZ and the content of NO was significantly higher with other time(P<0.05) on 14 d.
