CD56、CD117在多发性骨髓瘤中的表达及其与临床病理特征的相关性

摘要
目的探讨CD56、CD117在多发性骨髓瘤(MM)中的表达及其与临床病理特征的相关性。方法选取MM患者80例作为MM组,同期选择体检的健康者80例作为对照组,采用流式细胞仪检测2组入选者血液中的CD56、CD117表达,分析患者的临床病理资料并进行相关性分析。结果观察组的CD56、CD117表达阳性率分别为40. 0%和30. 0%,对照组分别为8. 8%和10. 0%,观察组显著高于对照组(P <0. 05)。CD56、CD117的表达与多发性骨髓瘤的临床分期、Ig H重排、M蛋白类型、轻链类型显著相关(P <0. 05),与患者年龄、性别无关(P> 0. 05)。Spearman等级相关分析显示CD56表达阳性率与CD117表达阳性率呈显著正相关性(P <0. 05)。结论 CD56、CD117在MM患者中都呈现高表达状态,与患者的临床分期、免疫特征等显著相关,可作为MM免疫球蛋白分型的指标。
        Objective To investigate the expression of CD56 and CD117 in multiple myeloma( MM) and its correlation with the clinicopathological features. Methods 80 patients with MM were selected as the MM group,and the other 80 cases of healthy subjects were selected as control group. Used the flow cytometry to detect the expression of CD56 and CD117 in the two groups,and were to analysis the clinical opathological data of the patients and the correlation analysis. Results The positive rates of CD56 and CD117 expression in the observation group were 40. 0% and 30. 0%,respectively,while those in the control group were 8. 8% and 10. 0%,respectively,which the observation group were significantly higher than in the control group( P < 0. 05).The expression of CD56 and CD117 was significantly associated with clinical stage,Ig H rearrangement,M protein type,and light chain type of MM( P < 0. 05),but not with patients' age or sex( P > 0. 05). Spearman rank correlation analysis showed that the positive rate of CD56 expression was positively correlated with the positive rate of CD117 expression( P < 0. 05). Conclusion The CD56 and CD117 are highly expressed in MM patients,which are significantly correlated with clinical stages and immune characteristics,and can be used as indicators of MM immunoglobulin typing.
