摘要
目的:比较10个不同产地栀子的质量。方法:用HPLC法对栀子中的成分进行分离,找出共有峰,测定栀子苷和西红花-Ⅰ含量。在F检验评价各地栀子主要有效成分是否有差异的基础上,比较各地栀子的质量,用主成分分析和因子分析对各地栀子质量进行综合评分、排名,然后根据栀子因子得分进行聚类分析,根据分析结果进行分类。结果:根据聚类分析结果将不同产地栀子分为三类,四川泸州、四川巴中、重庆江津、湖北、江西栀子分为一类,主成分分析和因子分析结果中其质量最好;云南栀子为一类,质量中等,但栀子苷和西红花苷-Ⅰ含量最高;其余地区为一类。结论:该实验采用多种统计方法评价不同产地栀子的质量,为其质量评价和研究提供一定参考。
        Objective:To compare the quality of gardeniae fructus from ten different places. Methods:The components of the gardenia were separated by HPLC and common peaks were identified and determine the contents of geniposide and crocin-Ⅰ.The quality of the gardeniae fructus from different places was compared on the basis of F test to evaluate whether the main effective components of the gardenia were differernt or not. Principal component analysis and factor analysis were used to comprehensively score and rank the quality of gardenia,and then clustered according to factor score. Results:According to the results of cluster analysis,the gardenias from different places were divided into three categories. The gardenias from Sichuan Luzhou,Sichuan Bazhong,Chongqing Jiangjin,Hubei and Jiangxi were classified into one category,with the best quality in the principal component analysis and factor analysis results. The gardenias from Yunnan were of a medium quality,but the contents of geniposide and crocin-Ⅰwere the highest. The rest was another class. Conclusion:The experiment used a variety of statistical methods to evaluate the quality of gardenias in different regions and provide some reference for its quality evaluate and research.
