王琦教授治疗失眠用药规律的聚类分析

摘要
目的:采用聚类分析统计方法,分析国医大师王琦教授治疗失眠的用药规律。方法:收集王琦教授门诊治疗失眠有效或显效的病例,使用EXCEL统计软件对患者中药处方进行频数统计,其中包括统计每味中药的累积频次、频率、累积频率,取累积频率在91.23%以内(频次>10次以上)的药物作为高频中药,对高频中药的功效进行拆分合并,采用SPSS20.0分析软件,对高频中药基于功效进行聚类分析。结果:共收集了223例患者,总计297次门诊病历,共运用中药181味,其中高频中药62味,获得6个聚类方,并对聚类方进行基于功效的分析。结论:在对王琦教授治疗失眠验案的聚类分析中,我们可以看出,王琦教授自拟方"高枕无忧汤"为高频次方剂。王琦教授强调主因主症、重调体质,治疗失眠善于从肝从瘀论治。
Objective: To analyze TCM Master WANG Qi's medication rules on treatment of insomnia by cluster statistical method. Methods: Effective or cured cases of insomnia in Professor WANG Qi's outpatient clinic were selected and analyzed with EXCEL to count the frequency of used Chinese Medicine prescription,which includes the number, the frequency and the cumulative frequency of herbs. Herbs that had been used with over 91.23% cumulative frequency(the number exceed 10) were taken as highly frequently used herbs and cluster analysis was conducted using soft-ware SPSS 20.0 to analyze them. Results: We assembled 223 cases of patients that involve 297 cases of Chinese Medicine prescriptions. And there were altogether 181 Chinese Medicine herbs, among which 62 were highly frequently used herbs. The six clustering prescriptions were concluded and analyzed basing on the efficacy of herbs. Conclusion: In clustering square analysis on WANG Qi's proven case,Gaozhen Wuyou decoction(高枕无忧汤) is highly frequent formula. Professor WANG Qi highlights the principal causes and symptoms as well as physique differentiation, and adept in the treatment of insomnia from liver and blood stasis.
