摘要
本文从系统组成与工艺流程、建设与运行、实际效益分析等方面详细介绍了低温真空脱水干化一体化技术装备在南京某大型化工园区污水处理厂污泥减量技改工程中的应用实例。实践表明,该技术装备是一种高效的污泥处理工艺过程,在仅添加适量常规絮凝剂的条件下,污泥经过脱水干化一体化工艺处理后,含水率可由99%左右一次性降至20%以下,污泥减量比达80%以上,大大降低了化工污泥危险废物的外运处置总量及成本,经济社会效益显著。
        This study introduced the application examples of low-temperature vacuum dewatering and drying integrated technology and equipment in the sludge reduction project of a sewage treatment plant in a large chemical industrial park in Nanjing, including the aspects of system composition, process flow, construction operation and actual benefits. Practice showed that the technology and equipment is an efficient sludge treatment process. Under the condition of adding only a proper amount of conventional flocculant, the sludge can be reduced from about 99 % water content to lower than 20 % by the dewatering and drying process, the sludge reduction ratio is over 80 %, which greatly reduced the total amount of transportation and disposal of chemical sludge, which is a kind of hazardous waste, and had significant economic and social benefits.
