区域开发强度与环境资源耦合的时空演变分析

摘要
区域开发强度与环境资源的关系是目前环境科学研究的重点。文章以中部6省为例,运用空间分析方法,测度了2006-2015年区域开发强度与环境资源的协调关系,并分析其时空演变规律。研究结论如下:从总体上看,中部6省的区域开发强度与环境资源的协调度处于良好协调程度;从时间上看,2006-2015年中部6省的区域开发强度、环境资源水平及二者的协调度都处于平稳或波动上升;从空间上看,河南的区域开发强度和环境资源水平的协调度已经到达优质协调的程度,湖北、湖南、江西、安徽的协调度为良好协调,山西处于中级协调状态,空间上呈现出"中间高、南北低"的状态,耦合协调发展的制约因素各有不同。基于此,在区域开发过程中应注重吸引高技术人才,提高本地区的经济密度,提高资源利用率,降低经济发展对环境造成的压力。
The relationship between regional development degree and resource environment level is one of hot topics in the field of regional economics and economic geography. The paper takes the six provinces of central China as an example, measures the coordination between regional development degree and resource environment level from 2006 to 2015 and analyzes the status of spatio-temporal evolution. It was found that the coordination between regional development degree and resource environment level of six provinces in central China is good. Chronologically, the six provinces regional development degree,resource environment level and coordination of both rise steadily or with fluctuations. From space, the coordination between regional development degree and resource environment level of six provinces in central China is north-south low and middle high. In detail, the coordination between regional development degree and resource environment level of Henan has high coordination degree, the coordination between regional development degree and resource environment level of Hunan, Anhui,Hubei and Jiangxi is in high coordination degrees, while that of Shanxi is in middle coordination degree. The restraining factor of coordination between regional development degree and resource environment level is different. Based on the results, each province should pay much attention to attracting excellent talents and improving the economic density in the progress of regional development. At the same time, it is necessary to improve the utilization rate of resources and reduce the pressure on resources and environment in economic development.
