摘要
近年我国相关行业对于大麦需求量持续增加,如啤酒、白酒、醋、饲料、保健品行业等,大麦种植面积也迅速增加。以山西、甘肃、内蒙古春播大麦为研究对象,探讨了春播大麦栽培中需要注意的共性和特性问题,尤其对3个地区二棱大麦优质高产栽培技术要点、田间栽培管理措施及病虫害防治技术方面进行了细致分析,在达到控水、减肥、减药的基础上,提高其整体栽培管理与技术水平,保障大麦高产优质的形成,实现其绿色可持续发展。
        In recent years, China's economy has developed vigorously. Stimulated by the fast economic development, the demand for barley in related industries has continuously increased, including the industries of beer, liquor, vinegar, feed, and health products.Accordingly, barley growing areas have also expanded rapidly. This paper analyzes general problems and specific ones existing in production of spring-sown barley varieties in Shanxi Province, Gansu Province, and Inner Mongolia Autonomous Region. The key points of high-quality and high-yielding cultivation techniques of barley are also discussed here, including effective water supply, and reductions in application rates of fertilizers and pesticides. These measures lay foundations for improving the overall level of cultivation techniques, so they are conductive to obtaining high quality and high yield of barley, and also promoting the development of green and sustainable agriculture.
