摘要

介绍了一种球团线大球辊筛自动清扫装置(已获实用新型)。该装置由动力系统、清扫装置、支撑固定装置及电器保护装置等构成。其配置合理,结构紧凑,自动化程度高,清扫能力强,运行平稳、可靠,使用寿命长,维护量小,作业率高,有利于生产顺行和降低工人劳动强度,而且投资和备件费用低,节省资源。
        A kind of automatic cleaning device for oversize roller screen of pellet production line was introduced.The device consists of power system,cleaning device,supporting and fixing device and electric protection device.The device is of reasonable arrangement,compact structure,high automation level,strong cleaning ability,smooth operation,long service life,small amount of maintenance and high availability,which is favorable for smooth production and decreasing labor intensity,and the investment and cost of spare parts are also low,and resources can be saved.
