摘要
目的探讨雨课堂及标准化病人教学法在高职护生《基础护理》教学中的应用及效果。方法随机抽取2015级高职护生一个班为对照组(n=36),《基础护理》采用传统多媒体课件结合示范教学法;另一个班为实验组(n=36),采用雨课堂结合学生标准化病人教学法。结果课程结束后,实验组的综合成绩及自主学习能力高于对照组,护生的应变能力、护理关怀总分高于对照组(P<0.05)。结论雨课堂及学生标准化病人用于高职护生《基础护理》教学有利于提高学生综合成绩和培养学生的应变能力及护理关怀行为。
        Objective To explore the application and effect of Rain class combining with standardized patient in teaching of fundamental nursing.Methods One class of vocational nursing students( n = 36) enrolled in grade 2015 were randomly selected as a control group,they were taught using traditional PowerPoint combined with demonstration teaching method.While another class was regarded as experimental group( n = 36),the students were taught using Rain class combining with standardized patient teaching method in the same course.Results At the end of course,the score of autonomous learning ability and comprehensive capacity of the experimental group were significantly higher than those of control group,and the score of comprehensive results and total score of nursing caring behavior of the students in the experimental group were significantly higher than those of control group( P<0.05 for all).Conclusions Application of Rain class combining with student standardized patient in teaching of fundamental nursing is beneficial to improve teaching effect and cultivate nursing students' comprehensive capacity and caring behavior.
