安徽省战略性新兴产业集聚水平测度研究

摘要
构建静态集聚指数LQ和动态集聚指数A_(ijt)两大集聚模型,测算2010～2016年安徽省战略性新兴产业静态集聚指数LQ和动态集聚度A_(ijt),归类出三种产业集聚类型及区域分布特征。结果表明,战略性新兴产业发展不平衡,布局总体上呈现梯度发展,合芜蚌三地产业集聚态势明显,其他产业基础薄弱城市集聚有待加强。在此基础上提出对策:打造以合芜蚌为增长极、皖江城市带为增长轴的点轴发展模式;促进地区错位发展,加强安徽各地集聚协同;立足安徽特色,大力发展数字创意产业等。
Cultivating a cluster of strategic emerging industries with regional characteristics has become a strategic choice to promote regional economic growth.This paper constructs a dynamic and static agglomeration index model to comprehensively analyze the development status,industrial distribution and regional distribution characteristics of strategic emerging industries in Anhui Province.The results show that the strategic emerging industry layout has a gradient development as a whole,and the industrial agglomeration situation of the three regions is obvious,and on this basis,the countermeasures are proposed:with Hefei,Wuhu and Bengbu as the growth poles and cities in the Wanjiang economic belt as the growth axis,regional dislocation developed should be stressed and strengthen the concentration and coordination of industries.
