摘要

目的分析清咽利喉口含提取工艺的最优条件。方法分别将绿原酸与次野鸢尾黄素当做测定指标,使用正交试验法,通过统计学分析确定最佳提取工艺条件。结果全方中水提取和醇提取部分都明确了最优工艺。结论本实验为清咽利喉口含片的生产提供了最佳条件。
        Objective To study the best extraction condition of Qingyanlihou Buccal Tabltes. Methods Taking the content of chlorogenic aicd and irisflorentin as guideline, the best extraction condition was determined with orthogonal experiments and statistical analysis. Results The best extraction conditions be determined.Conclusion This study offers the best extraction condition for the production of Qingyanlihou Buccal Tabltes.
