腺样体切除联合置管术治疗小儿难治性分泌性中耳炎的效果评价

摘要
目的:探讨腺样体切除联合置管术治疗小儿难治性分泌性中耳炎的治疗效果。方法:148例小儿难治性分泌性中耳炎患儿随机分为常规组,74例患儿实施单纯腺样体切除术治疗;治疗组74例患儿,在腺样体切除术治疗基础上加用置管术治疗,分析两组的治疗效果。结果:小儿患儿治疗后的中耳积液时间、听力变化、治疗优良率、治疗半年后复发率、术后并发症发生率等指标,治疗组优于常规组,差异有统计学意义(P<0.05)。结论:腺样体切除联合置管术治疗小儿难治性分泌性中耳炎的临床疗效更好,患儿听力得到明显改善。
Objective: To investigate the therapeutic effect of adenoidectomy combined with catheterization in the treatment of refractory secretory otitis media in children. Methods: 148 children with refractory secretory otitis media were randomly divided into two groups. 74 children in the routine group were treated with simple adenoidectomy; 74 children in the treatment group were treated with adenoidectomy plus catheterization. The therapeutic effects of the two groups were analyzed. Results: There were significant differences in the time of middle ear effusion, hearing changes, superior rate of treatment, recurrence rate after half a year of treatment and the incidence of postoperative complications between the two groups(P<0.05). Conclusion: Adenoidectomy combined with catheterization is more effective in the treatment of refractory secretory otitis media in children, and the hearing of children is obviously improved.
