摘要
目的比较超声骨刀与高速涡轮钻拔除下颌阻生牙的临床效果。方法选择144例需拔除下颌阻生牙患者,随机分成两组,分别采用超声骨刀法和高速涡轮拔除患牙。比较两组患者平均手术时间,术中牙科恐惧度,术后疼痛评分、张口受限和面部肿胀等并发症发生情况。结果与高速涡轮组相比,超声骨刀组平均手术时间缩短(P<0.05);术后疼痛评分、张口受限、面部肿胀和患者牙科恐惧度在超声骨刀组的发生均显著降低,差异有统计学意义(P<0.05)。结论相较于高速涡轮法,采用超声骨刀拔牙法拔除下颌阻生牙手术时间短,减轻患者对拔牙的恐惧感,降低术后并发症的发生,是一种值得推广的拔牙方法。
Objective To compare and analyze the clinical effect of piezosurgery and high-speed turbine in extracting impacted mandibular teeth.Methods A total of 144 patients with impacted mandibular teeth were randomly divided into two groups and were extracted by piezosurgery and high-speed turbine respectively.The average operation time,dental fear during operation,postoperative pain score,limited mouth opening,facial swelling and other complications were compared between the two groups.Results Compared with the high-speed turbine group,the average operation time in the piezosurgery group was shorter(P<0.05).The incidence of postoperative pain score,limited mouth opening,facial swelling and dental fear of the patients were significantly reduced,and the difference was statistically significant(P<0.05).Conclusion Compared with the high-speed turbine method,the extraction of mandibular impacted teeth with piezosurgery extraction method is short, reduces the incidence of postoperative complications, reduces the fear of tooth extraction,and is a method worthy of promotion.
