摘要
目的探讨美国菲士公司生产的尼沙赫心电图机在QRS波群前后检测到一系列小波的产生机理。方法通过5个典型病例(正常心电图、一度房室阻滞、高度房室阻滞、预激综合征、室性早搏)观察QRS波群前后系列小波出现规律,同时采用单一模拟脉冲信号输入尼沙赫心电图机以观察是否有相似的系列小波出现。结果尼沙赫心电图机所记录到的系列小波与P波无关,其发生规律是以QRS波群为中心呈对称性分布,且振幅逐渐降低。模拟脉冲信号输入尼沙赫心电图机后以模拟脉冲信号为中心出现系列小波,其发生规律与正常心电图所见相同。结论尼沙赫心电图机所记录到的系列小波与心脏电活动无关,可能是该款心电图机在对QRS滤波时出现的吉布斯现象。
        Objective To investigate the Mechanism of a Series of micro waves around the QRS complex detected by saahECG of EmCG US company. Methods The occurrence regularity of a series of micro waves around the QRS complex was observed by the five typical ECG( Normal,first degree atrioventricular block,high degree atrioventricular block,pre-excitation syndrome and ventricular premature beat) and by an analog pulse signal which was input to the saahECG. Results The series of micro waves were not related to P waves. Their occurrence regularity was symmetric distribution centered on the QRS complex,and their amplitude was gradually decreased. After the analog pulse signal was input into the saahECG,a series of micro waves centered on the simulated pulse signal appeared,the occurrence regularity was the same as that seen in a normal ECG. Conclusion The series of micro waves recorded by saahECG have no relationship with the electrical activity of the heart and they were likely the Gibbs phenomenon when the ECG machine filters the QRS.
