基于故事理论的家庭护理对阿尔茨海默病病人认知功能和生活质量的影响

摘要
[目的]探讨以故事理论为基础的家庭护理对阿尔茨海默病病人认知功能和生活质量的影响。[方法]选取2017年1月—12月我院收治的阿尔茨海默病住院病人72例,随机分为对照组和观察组各36例,对照组给予常规护理及出院指导,观察组在此基础上实施以故事理论为基础的家庭护理。比较两组干预前后简单精神状况检查量表(Mini Mental State Examination,MMSE)、老年痴呆生活质量量表(Quality of Life-Alzheimer′s Disease,QOL-AD)得分。[结果]两组干预前MMSE、QOL-AD评分比较差异无统计学意义(P>0.05);干预后观察组MMSE量表的表达能力、记忆力维度得分高于对照组(P<0.05);干预后观察组QOL-AD量表得分高于对照组(P<0.05)。[结论]以故事理论为基础的家庭护理可以改善阿尔茨海默病病人的记忆力和语言表达能力,提高生活质量。
