多元化心理干预在2型糖尿病手术治疗中的应用效果及对预后的影响

摘要
目的:观察多元化心理干预在2型糖尿病手术治疗中的应用效果及对预后的影响。方法:选取2015年11月至2017年11月我院接收进行胃转流手术的2型糖尿病患者68例,根据干预方式不同分为观察组和对照组,每组34例,给予对照组常规手术干预,观察组在对照组基础上给予多元化心理干预,比较干预后两组患者焦虑自评量表(SAS)评分、患者满意度及术后血糖控制情况。结果:干预后,观察组患者术前焦虑自评量表(SAS)评分明显低于对照组,差异具有统计学意义(t=-5.005,P<0.05);干预后,观察组患者对护理满意度明显高于对照组,差异具有统计学意义(χ~2=7.503,P<0.05);随访后观察组患者的空腹血糖(FPG)、糖化血红蛋白(HbA1c)明显低于对照组(FPG t=-3.090,-2.499;P<0.05)。结论:在2型糖尿病患者手术治疗中给予多元化心理干预可减轻患者紧张焦虑的情绪,有效控制患者的血糖指标,提高患者对护理的满意度。
Objective:To analyze the effect and prognosis of multi-psychological nursing intervention on operative treatment of type 2 diabetes mellitus.Methods:We selected the 68 type 2 diabetes mellitus patients from our hospital receiving in Nov.2015 to Nov.2017,divided them into observation group and control group according to the different nursing measures,with 34 cases in each group,the control group was given routine nursing care,the observation group was given Multi-psychological intervention.We compared the preoperative anxiety self-assessment scale(SAS)score,patient satisfaction and postoperative blood glucose control between the two groups before and after intervention.Results:After intervention,the score of preoperative anxiety self-assessment scale(SAS)in the observation group was significantly lower than that in the control group,and the difference was statistically significant(t=-5.005,P<0.05).After intervention,the nursing satisfaction was significantly higher in the observation group than that in the control group,with statistically significant difference(χ~2=7.503,P<0.05).The fasting blood glucose(FPG)and HbA1 c in the observation group were significantly lower than that in the control group( t=-3.090,-2.499,P<0.05).Conclusion:Multi-psychological intervention in patients with type 2 diabetes can reduce the anxiety and anxiety of patients,effectively control the patient's blood glucose index,and improve the patient's satisfaction with nursing.
