内蒙古马铃薯生产影响因素的实证分析

摘要
为了使内蒙古马铃薯的产量得以改善,进而消除粮食欠缺相关问题,对影响内蒙古马铃薯生产的因素并对此进行了分析,建立了内蒙古马铃薯柯布—道格拉斯生产函数模型,用计量经济学方法检验模型回归效果,确定了关键影响因素,得出了播种面积、马铃薯每亩产量、生产技术水平、土壤改良投入、机械总动力和出售马铃薯金额六大因素对马铃薯生产的影响特征,以此作为依据提出了增加内蒙古马铃薯产量的对策及建议。
In order to improve the potato yield of Inner Mongolia and solve relevant problems such as food shortages,the paper analyzes the factors affecting potato production in Inner Mongolia and establishes Inner Mongolia potato Cobb-Douglas production function model.Econometric methods are used to test the model regression effect and determinate the key impact factors.It also concludes the influence characteristics of six major factors:the planting area,the potato yield per acre,production technology level,soil-improving inputs,machinery total power and the selling price of potatoes.On this basis,countermeasures and suggestions to improve potato yields in Inner Mongolia are put forward.
