<正>缺血再灌注损伤(ischemia-reperfusion injury,IRI)是失血性休克、复苏、肝脏切除术、肝移植术等过程中伴随的病理生理过程,是影响肝脏功能,导致肝脏功能障碍甚至肝脏功能衰竭的关键因素[1]。肝脏IRI也是肝移植术后发生急、慢性免疫排斥反应的不利因素之一,尤其是边缘供肝对IRI高度敏感,会进一步加重器官短缺。目前,已有大量的研究深入阐明肝脏
