高校社区大学生体质健康管理模式的构建研究

摘要
我国高校大学生体质健康状况不容乐观,需引起全社会高度关注。本文在健康促进视域下,从个体、家庭、学校和社会4个层面构建符合高校社区大学生个体需求的体质健康管理模式,探讨建立联合管理工作机制,营造有利于大学生体质健康的支持性环境,为切实提高大学生体质水平,推进和优化大学生体质健康管理工作提供参考依据。
The physical health status of college students in China is not optimistic and needs to be highly concerned by the whole society. In the perspective of health promotion, this paper constructs a physical health management model that meets the individual needs of university college students from four levels: individual, family, school and society, and explores the establishment of joint management work mechanism to create a supportive environment conducive to college students' physical health. In order to improve the physique level of college students, and provide a reference for promoting and optimizing the physique health management of college students.
