摘要
产品质量作为企业生产过程中一个关键产品指标,若未得到有效控制将直接对企业的信誉、企业竞争力及客户满意度造成严重影响。本文运用柏拉图、SIPOC、C&E矩阵、5WHY和双样本T-test等质量工具对产品测试过程中的质量改进进行研究,并结合BETT公司(化名)挂车阀产品的密封性测试过程泄漏率高问题进行分析。最终使BETT公司挂车阀产品密封性测试的泄漏率由7%降低到2%,使该公司挂车阀产线产能显著提高且降低了过程成本。
Product quality has been a key product index in the production process of an enterprise. If it is out of effective control, it will directly affect the enterprise’s reputation, competitiveness and customer satisfaction. This paper applies the quality tools such as Pareto, SIPOC, C&E matrix, 5 WHY and t-test of two samples to study the quality improvement of product test process, and analyzes the high leakage rate in the test process of trailer control valve product of BETT company.Finally, it reduces the leakage rate of the test of the trailer control valve product of BETT company from 7% to 2%, which significantly improves the production line capacity of the trailer control valve of BETT company and reduces the process cost.
