摘要
胰岛素的生理作用及分泌调节是《内分泌系统》的重点内容,学生通过实验课的实践操作有助于加深对理论知识的了解。本文介绍了我院传统《内分泌系统》胰岛相关实验课程设置的缺点,及针对此进行的整合实验改革的内容及成果,并就存在的难点问题做了分析与探讨。
The physiological function and secretion regulation of insulin are the key contents of endocrine system. The practical operation through experimental courses will be benefit to deepen the understanding of theoretical knowledge. This article introduces the shortcomings of the traditional islet related experiments of endocrine system in our school, as well as the contents and achievements of the integrated experimental reform carried out in this regard. We also discuss and analyze the difficult problems of existence.
