季德胜蛇药治疗黄蜂蛰伤的疗效观察

摘要
目的观察季德胜蛇药联合常规西医治疗黄蜂蛰伤的临床疗效和安全性。方法以2015年3月-2017年12月门诊黄蜂蛰伤的患者68例随机分为两组,其中对照组34例常规西医治疗,治疗组34例常规西医治疗联合季德胜蛇药,两组疗程1～6 d,观察疗效及不良反应。结果治疗组有效率为93. 10%,显著高于对照组72. 41%(P<0. 05);对照组痊愈时间、红肿消退时间、疼痛消失时间和白细胞恢复正常时间分别为(4.62±1. 37)、(2. 69±0. 31)、(2. 46±0. 34)、(3. 32±1. 02)d,而治疗组分别为(2. 57±1. 21)、(1. 30±0. 25)、(1.16±0. 21)、(1. 34±0. 91)d,差异具有统计学意义(P <0. 05);两组无明显不良反应,差异无统计学意义(P>0.05)。结论季德胜蛇药联合常规西医治疗黄蜂蛰伤,能缩短病程,疗效较好,可在基层医院推广使用。
Objective To observe the clinical efficacy and safety of Jidesheng Sheyao combined with conventional western medicine in the treatment of wasp stings. Methods 68 outpatient cases of waspstings from March 2015 to December 2017 in Hospital of Jianghan University were randomly dividedinto two groups,the control group of 34 cases underwent conventional western medicine treatment,the treatment group of 34 cases received routine western medicine treatment combined with JideshengSheyao,two groups received treatment of one to six days,the curative effect and adverse reactionswere observed. Results The effective rate of the treatment group was 93. 10%,significantly higherthan that of the control group 72. 41%(P < 0. 05);the cure time,redness and swelling fading awaytime,pain disappearing time and white blood cells back to normal time of the control group were(4. 62 ± 1. 37),( 2. 69 ± 0. 31),(2. 46 ± 0. 34),(3. 32 ± 1. 02)days,respectively;in thetreatment group,they were(2. 57 ± 1. 21),(1. 30 ± 0. 25),(1. 16 ± 0. 21),(1. 34 ± 0. 91)days,respectively;the differences were statistically significant(P < 0. 05). There was no significantadverse reaction in the two groups,and the difference was not statistically significant( P > 0. 05).Conclusion The treatment of Jidesheng Sheyao combined with conventional western medicine on waspstings shorten the course of disease,the efficacy is accurate,and it is suitable for popularization inprimary hospitals.
