基于模糊综合评价法的国防科技工业军民融合效率风险评估

摘要
为提升国防科技工业领域中军民融合的效率,对国防科技工业军民融合效率风险评估进行研究。对军民融合效率风险进行界定,依据国防科技工业军民融合效率风险特点,从微观视角将军民融合效率风险进行分类,采用三角模糊数与模糊综合评价法,对我国国防科技工业军民融合效率风险进行量化评估。评估结果表明:国防科技工业军民融合效率风险水平较低,危害程度不高。
        In order to improve the efficiency of military-civilian integration in the field of national defense science and technology,the risk assessment of military and civilian integration efficiency in national defense science and technology industry is studied.The definition of the efficiency of military-civilian integration efficiency is based on the characteristics of military-civilian integration efficiency risk of national defense science and technology industry.The risk of military-civilian integration efficiency is classified from the microscopic perspective.The triangular fuzzy number and fuzzy comprehensive evaluation method are used to quantify the efficiency of military-civilian integration efficiency in China's national defense science and technology industry.Evaluation.The evaluation results show that the risk of military and civilian integration efficiency of the national defense science and technology industry is low,and the degree of harm is not high.
