食管癌患者手术前后LI-12、IL-16、IL-17表达意义分析

摘要
目的探讨食管癌患者手术前后LI-12、IL-16、IL-17表达情况,判断三种因子与预后的关系。方法选取2015年1月—2018年1月本院肿瘤科病理确诊的食管癌患者120例,纳入观察组。随机选取同期健康体检者120名,纳入对照组。清晨空腹抽取两组受试者肘静脉血,离心处理5 min,留取上清,使用流式细胞仪及配套试剂盒检测血清中的IL-16,使用ELISA检测LI-12及IL-17,其试剂盒为美国TPI公司生产。比较两组受试者在术前、术后LI-12、IL-16、IL-17表达情况、观察组不同临床分期患者的术前、术后LI-12、IL-16、IL-17表达情况及预后情况。结果手术前后观察组患者的LI-12、IL-16、IL-17表达水平显著高于对照组(P<0.05)。术后观察组患者LI-12、IL-16、IL-17表达水平低于本组术前(P<0.05),提示食管癌手术后患者的LI-12、IL-16、IL-17水平降低,开始趋向正常水平。Ⅰ～Ⅱ期、Ⅲ期、Ⅳ期患者手术前后LI-12、IL-16、IL-17表达水平显著高于对照组(P<0.05),术后三组患者LI-12、IL-16、IL-17表达水平较本组治疗前降低(P<0.05),LI-12、IL-16、IL-17水平虽然趋向正常水平,但依然高于正常值。在消除LI-12细胞因子情况下,IL-16、IL-17在观察组及对照组中均无相关性。在消除IL-16细胞因子情况下,LI-12、IL-17在观察组及对照组中都有显著正相关。在消除IL-17细胞因子情况下,LI-12、IL-16在观察组中有显著正相关,在对照组中无相关性。结论手术前后食管癌LI-12、IL-16、IL-17表达不同,术后显著低于术前,且LI-12、IL-16、IL-17表达水平趋向于正常,LI-12、IL-16、IL-17表达水平越高,则其病情越严重,水平越低则其病轻越轻,可作为判断预后的有效因子。
Objective To investigate the preoperative and postoperative expression levels of LI-12,IL-16 and IL-17 in esophageal cancer,so as to determine the relationship between the three factors and prognosis.Methods From January 2015 to January 2018,120 cases of pathologically confirmed esophageal cancer patients( observation group) in oncology department,as well as 120 healthy persons( control group) of our hospital were selected.The fasting elbow venous blood of two groups was taken and centrifuged for 5 min,and then the supernatant was taken for the detection of LI-12,IL-16 and IL-17 levels. The preoperative and postoperative expression levels of LI-12,IL-16 and IL-17 were compared,and their correlation with prognosis was also determined.Results The preoperative and postoperative expression levels of LI-12,IL-16 and IL-17 of observation group were higher than those of the control group( P<0.05).The postoperative expression levels of LI-12,IL-16 and IL-17 within the observation group were lower than those before operation,indicating its normalization( P<0.05).The expression levels of LI-12,IL-16 and IL-17 in cancer patients at stage I-II,III and IV before and after operation were significantly higher than those in control group( P< 0.05). After operation,the levels were decreased,but still higher than the normal values( P < 0. 05). IL-16 and IL-17 had no correlation within the observation group and control group.The LI-12 and IL-17 were positively correlated within two groups.LI-12 and IL-16 were positively correlated in the observation group,while had no correlation in the control group.Conclusions The postoperative expression levels of LI-12,IL-16 and IL-17 are lower than those before operation,and tend to be normal,moreover,esophageal cancer patients with lower levels of the three indicators have better prognosis.They could be used as effective factors to judge prognosis.
