摘要
从电涡流传感器无损检测的特点出发,提出一种基于电涡流传感器的金属材质检测装置。对该装置的各功能模块进行了具体分析,并设计了相关测量电路及接口电路以实现对金属材质的快速无损检测。选取铜、铝和铁开展试验研究,试验结果表明该装置能有效检测金属材质种类,为实现金属材质的快速无损检测提供了一种较好的解决办法。
In this paper,based on the characteristics of eddy current sensor nondestructive testing,a metal material detection device based on eddy current sensor was put forward.The functional modules of the device were analyzed in detail,and the related measuring circuit and interface circuit were designed to realize the rapid and nondestructive testing of metal materials.The experimental research of copper,aluminum and iron common was carried out.The experimental results show that the device can effectively detect the types of metal materials and provide a better solution for the rapid and nondestructive testing of metal materials.
