摘要
以湿法治炼净化用锌粉为对象,探讨了锌粉中金属有效锌量测定失真的机理及校正方法。研究发现,利用K_2Cr_2O_7间接滴定金属锌的过程中,比Fe~(3+)/Fe~(2+)标准电极电位低的Al、Fe也参与到氧化还原反应中来,得到的金属锌值往往高于真实值,使结果失真。通过将Al、Fe以1∶3.63及1∶1.17(质量分数)换算成等量的金属锌量并加以扣除,可测得锌粉中真实合理的金属锌量。
Taking zinc powder used in hydrometallurgical purification as an object, the mechanism and correction method of measuring distortion of metal effective zinc in zinc powder were discussed. It was found that Al and Fe, which is lower potential than Fe~(3+)/Fe~(2+) standard electrode, was also participated in the redox during the indirect titration of zinc metal with K_2Cr_2O_7. The obtained zinc value was often higher than the true value, which distorted the results. Real and reasonable zinc content in zinc powder can be measured by converting Al and Fe into equivalent zinc content with 1:3.63 and 1:1.17(mass fraction) and deducting them.
