摘要

成果导向在专业认证过程中起到越来越重要的作用,以成果导向为基础,转变传统教学模式,同时在校企协同的引导下,将学习效果和实践创新能力作为本科教学工程教育认证理念之一,坚持成果导向标准,提高工科教师的教学能力,培养适应社会经济高速发展需求的工程型人才。通过校企协同,转变传统教学模式,注重人才培养质量,促进学生的个性化发展,提高学生就业能力和专业教师的教学能力。
        As one of the engineering education certification concepts, the result orientation plays an increasingly important role in professional certification. Based on the results-oriented, the teaching model is changed. At the same time, under the effect of school-enterprise synergy, learning effects and practical innovation capabilities are used as a teaching standard to improve the teaching ability of engineering teachers and to cultivate engineering talents that meets the needs of rapid development of social economy. Through the coordination of school and enterprise, the traditional teaching mode is changed, the quality of talent training is emphasized, the individualized development of students is promoted, and the employability and the teaching ability of professional teachers are improved.
