摘要
目的探讨改良信封式撕囊辅以颞下角膜缘侧切口法在成熟期年龄相关性白内障患者超声乳化手术中的疗效。方法对16例(16只眼)成熟期年龄相关性白内障患者施行超声乳化联合人工晶状体植入手术时,采用改良信封式撕囊法撕除前囊膜,同时在颞下角膜缘做一辅助侧切口,其余后续步骤按照常规白内障超声乳化手术进行。结果 16只眼成熟期白内障患者有13只眼采用改良信封式撕囊辅以颞下角膜缘侧切口法顺利完成后续环形撕囊及白内障超声乳化手术,超声乳化手术顺利实施成功率达81. 25%。结论成熟期年龄相关性白内障患者,采用改良信封式撕囊辅以颞下角膜缘侧切口法施行超声乳化手术操作简单,安全有效,避免了患者因施行小切口白内障术式带来的诸多缺点。
Objective To investigate the application of modified envelope capsulorrsion combined with subtemporal limbal incision in phacoemulsification for mature age-related cataracts. Methods For 16 patients with 16 eyes mature age-related cataract who underwent phacoemulsification combined with intraocular lens implantation,the anterior capsule was removed by modified envelope-type capsulorhexis,and an auxiliary lateral incision was made in the inferior temporal limbus. The procedure was performed according to conventional phacoemulsification. Results In 13 out of 16 mature cataract patients,modified envelope capsulorhexis combined with subtemporal limbal incision was used to successfully complete subsequent circular capsulorhexis and cataract phacoemulsification, and the success rate of phacoemulsification was81. 25%. Conclusions In mature patients with age-related cataract,the modified envelope capsulorrsion combined with the incision at the subtemporal limbal cornea was used to perform phacoemulsification,which was simple,safe and effective,and avoided many disadvantages of patients undergoing small-incision cataract surgery.
