摘要

目的:观察颅脑外伤术后恢复期患者实施不同护理干预的临床效果及可行性。方法:随机将2017年5月至2018年5月期间收治的86例颅脑外伤术后恢复期患者分为观察组(实施心理护理干预,n=43)和对照组(实施常规护理干预,n=43),对两组患者实施护理干预前后负性心理改善情况、住院时间等指标进行比较。结果:组间焦虑情绪评分及抑郁情绪评分比较,观察组较比对照组更加理想,P<0.05;观察组的住院时间明显短于对照组,P<0.05。结论:心理护理在颅脑外伤术后恢复期患者中的应用效果显著,值得推广。
        Objective:To observe the clinical effect and feasibility of different nursing interventions in patients with craniocerebral trauma after convalescence. Methods: 86 patients with craniocerebral trauma recovered from May 2017 to May 2018 were randomly divided into the observation group(psychological nursing intervention, n=43) and the control group(n=43). The negative psychological improvement and the hospitalization time of the two groups were compared before and after the nursing intervention.Results: the scores of anxiety and depression among the groups were more ideal than those in the control group, P<0.05, and the time of hospitalization in the observation group was significantly shorter than that of the control group, P<0.05.Conclusion: the application of psychological nursing in patients with craniocerebral trauma after convalescence is remarkable and worthy of promotion.
