不同处理对茶绒杜鹃扦插生根与生长的影响

摘要
研究了插穗类型、扦插时期、外源植物生长剂种类及浓度、扦插基质、光照强度等因素对茶绒杜鹃生根的影响。结果表明:软枝扦插生根成活率远高于硬枝扦插;以6月份扦插较佳(成活率为48.0%),高于9月份(40.7%)和12月份(30.4%);不同外源激素种类和浓度对茶绒杜鹃生根有显著影响,过高或过低不利于其生根;森林土+泥炭土+椰糠丝的混合基质类型的生根发芽表现优于纯森林土或泥炭土+椰糠丝的轻基质类型;光照强度一定程度影响其生根; 3年生苗年抽梢能力显著增强,自然状态下年抽梢长达13.12 cm。综上,茶绒杜鹃扦插成活率最高的条件为:6月份扦插、200 mg·L~(-1)的ABT浸泡2 h、体积比为4∶1∶1的红壤+泥炭土+椰糠丝混合基质、覆盖透光率为70%的2层遮荫网。
        The effects of cutting type,cutting stage,type and concentration of exogenous auxin,cutting substrate,and light intensity on the rooting of wild type Rhododendron apricum were studied by comparative analysis. The results showed: rooting survival rate of softwood cuttages was superior than that of hardwood. In June the cuttage was better( survival rate was 48.0%) than in September( 40.7%) and in December( 30.4%). The type and concentration of exogenous auxin had significant effects on the rooting,too high or too low was not conducive to its rooting. The mixed matrix type of forest soil + peat soil + coconut bran silk sprout is better than pure forest soil or the light matrix type of peat soil and coconut bran silk. Light intensity affect rooting in some extent. The ability to shoot at the 3-year-old seedlings was significantly enhanced,the annual shoot length was up to 13.12 cm. In conclusion: cuttage in June,2 h immersion treatment of 200 mg·L~(-1) ABT,substrate type of red soil + peat soil + coconut silk( volume ratio = 4 ∶ 1 ∶ 1),covering 2 layer shade net which shading rate of 70%,the above cuttage conditions had the highest survival rate on the rooting of Rh. apricum.
