摘要
为探索樱桃矮化砧木YT101嫩枝扦插的最优条件,解决该砧木扦插成活率低的难题,研究扦插时期、木质化程度、扦插基质对其扦插生根的影响。结果表明,5月上旬进行嫩枝扦插,扦插苗生根率最高,形成根系多、根系长;7月上旬扦插,生根率最低,形成根系少、短、粗。粗砂∶细砂体积比1:4作为基质时,扦插苗的生根率最高,形成根系最多。枝条顶部靠下20~30 cm段作为插条时扦插效果最佳,更适用于生产。
        Aiming to explore the optimal condition for twig cutting of cherry dwarf-rootstock YT101, and solve the problem of poor survival ratio after cutting, the effects of different cutting periods, cutting medium and the lignified degree on the rooting of twig cutting for cherry dwarf-rootstock YT101 were studied. The results showed that the of twig cutting seedlings in early May had the highest rooting percentage, and the most and longest roots, while the twig cutting seedlings in early July had the lowest rooting percentage, and the least,shortest and thickest roots. Using the mixture of the coarse sand and fine sand in volume ratio of 1:4 as the cutting medium, the twig cutting seedlings had the most roots and the highest rooting percentage. Furthermore,the twig section of 20-30 cm from tip downward to cuttings had the best effects and could be selected as ideal cuttings for production.
