苏炳添2012-2017年百米大赛技术特征研究

摘要
本文运用文献资料法、二次分析法、逻辑分析法等方法,对苏炳添2012-2017年百米大赛技术特征及相关参数进行分析研究。研究表明:(1)苏炳添这几年比赛的平均成绩刚好超过国际健将等级标准成绩,他的最佳竞技状态并没有出现在奥运会上,说明苏炳添的四年周期训练安排存在着问题;(2)苏炳添这几年比赛的平均反应时属于一般水平,并不是很突出;(3)苏炳添的近几次比赛的平均步数、步长处于一个低值,还有待提高,平均步频是处于提高过程;(4)苏炳添的近几次比赛的各膝角度数变化大,技术动作还在调整中,他在跑的过程中有积极着地,但是着地时腿抬得较低,没有达到非常快速的伸髋动作。他的速度变化曲线模型近几年一直都是"双峰型",他一直在速度的分配上并不是很平均、也不平稳。
        By using the methods of literature,data analysis and logic analysis,the technical characteristics and related parameters of Su Bingtian's 100-meter race during 2012-2017 are analyzed and studied. The results show that: 1. Su Bingtian's average results in the last few years have just exceeded the international standard. His best performance did not appear in the Olympic Games,indicating that his four-year cycle training arrangements were problematic; 2. His average reaction time over the past few years was average and not very prominent. The average number of steps in recent competitions is at a low level,yet to be improved,with an average step.Frequency is in the process of improvement; 4. His knee angles have changed greatly in recent races,and his technical movements are still being adjusted. He made a positive landing in the course of running,but his legs were lower when he landed on the ground,and he did not reach very fast hip extension. His velocity curve model has been " bimodal" in recent years,he has been in the distribution of speed is neither average,nor uneven.
