摘要
目的测定冠突散囊菌发酵液不同溶剂提取物的抑菌作用、抑菌物质的温度及其p H稳定性。方法依次采用石油醚、乙酸乙酯、正丁醇提取冠突散囊菌发酵液,采用打孔法测定冠突散囊菌发酵液不同溶剂提取物对细菌、真菌及放线菌的抑菌作用及在不同温度及p H值下的稳定性。结果发酵液乙酸乙酯提取相的抑菌作用较其他提取相强。其中,对枯草芽孢杆菌与白色链霉菌的抑制作用最显著,且该抑菌物质在25~121℃,p H 4~8范围内均能保持稳定的抑菌活性。结论乙酸乙酯能有效提取冠突散囊菌发酵液中的抑菌物质,抑菌物质在一定的温度及p H范围内具有良好的稳定性。
        Objective To determine the antimicrobial effect of different solvent extracts from the fermentation broth of Eurotium cristatum, and the temperature and pH stability of the antimicrobial substances. Methods The substances was extracted with petroleum ether, ethyl acetate and n-butanol successively, and the punching method was used to determine the antimicrobial effect of different solvent extracts from the fermentation broth of Eurotium cristatum on bacteria, fungi and actinomycetes. The stability of antimicrobial substances was investigated at different temperatures and pH values. Results The antimicrobial activity of ethyl acetate phase was stronger than that of other extracts, and the inhibitive effect on Bacillus subtilis and Streptomyces albicans was signi?cant. The antimicrobial substances were stable under the condition of 25-80 ℃, pH 3-9. Conclusion Ethyl acetate can effectively extract the antimicrobial substances in the fermentation broth of Eurotium cristatum, and the antimicrobial effect has a good stability in a certain temperature and pH range.
