摘要
目的:本文通过对PCB光绘片涂布液传输工艺改进研究,对过滤动力、过滤介质、过滤精度对软体物质截留的影响研究,采用特殊定做的滤饼过滤、吸附过滤、深层过滤的过滤介质,优化过滤动力和过滤方式,达到提高涂布液洁净度的目的。
Objective This article through to the PCB light painting coating liquid transmission technology improvement research, the filter material, filter medium, filtration precision of software power intercept study, the influence of the use of special custom-made filter cake filtration, adsorption filtration, deep filter medium, the filter optimize power and achieve the goal of improving coating liquid cleanliness.
