人文关怀对白内障患者术后心理的影响

摘要
目的探究人文关怀服务对白内障手术患者焦虑、抑郁症状的改善作用。方法选取2016年3月-2017年3月于广州市番禺区何贤纪念医院接受治疗的120例白内障手术患者为研究对象,按照入院顺序编号,单号为观察组,双号为对照组,各60例。对照组采用常规护理,观察组在对照组基础上给予人文关怀服务护理。比较两组患者治疗前后焦虑、抑郁症状的改善情况。结果治疗1周后,两组患者心理状态较护理前均有明显提升,且观察组明显优于对照组,差异有统计学意义(P<0.05);护理后,两组患者生活质量较护理前均有明显提升,且观察组高于对照组,差异有统计学意义(P<0.05);护理后,观察组较对照组护理满意度明显升高,差异有统计学意义(P<0.05)。结论人文关怀服务对白内障手术患者焦虑、抑郁症状的改善效果明显,可有效改善患者心理状态。
Objective To explore the improved effect of humanistic care service on anxiety and depression symptoms of cataract surgery patients.Methods 120 cases of cataract patients treated in Ho Hsien Memorial Hospital,Panyu District from March 2016 to March 2017 were selected as study subjects.They were numbered according to the order of admission.The single number was the observation group, and the double number was the control group, with 60 cases in each group.The control group was given routine nursing,while the observation group was given humanistic care service nursing on the basis of the control group.The improved situation of anxiety and depression before and after treatment were compared between the two groups.Results After one week of treatment,the psychological status of the two groups were significantly improved, and the observation group was significantly better than that of the control group, the differences were statistically significant(P<0.05); after nursing,the quality of life of the two groups were significantly improved, and the observation group was higher than that of the control group, the differences were statistically significant(P<0.05); after nursing, the nursing satisfaction of the observation group was significantly higher than that of the control group,the difference was statistically significant(P<0.05).Conclusion Humanistic care service can significantly improve anxiety and depression symptoms of cataract surgery patients,and can significantly improve the psychological state of patients.
