基于GIS的特色小镇生态敏感性研究——以山东营丘镇为例

摘要
生态敏感性评价是制定生态环境规划、区域环境政策的重要依据。文章利用生态敏感性相关理论,在营丘镇调研数据和影像遥感数据基础上,选取高程、坡度、水域、用地类型、道路交通5个敏感因子,构建评价指标体系;运用层次分析法确定各敏感因子权重;利用GIS多因子加权叠加法对山东营丘镇生态敏感性进行综合评价,得到营丘镇生态敏感性的空间分布。结果显示:区域生态敏感性的空间分布存在较大差异,敏感程度总体较高,极敏感区、高敏感区、中敏感区、低敏感区、非敏感区分别占总面积的10.09%、12.50%、25.57%、32.24%、19.60%。研究营丘镇的生态敏感性,并进行生态功能分区,提出分区保护和城镇规划建设措施,既满足发展需要,又能将生态环境影响最小化,保证营丘镇生态环境可持续发展。
        Ecological sensitivity evaluation is an important method for making regional environmental policy and regional planning. In this article, use of ecological sensitivity related theory. Base on the survey data and remote sensing image data of Yingqiu town. Elevation, slope water area, land use and road transportation are selected as eco-sensitivity factors. Developed an elevation index and made a comprehensive research on eco-sensitivity by using GIS multi-factors weighted superposition method. The spatial distribution of the ecological sensitivity of Yingqiu town was figured out. The study results show that the spatial sensitivity of the town varies widely, the ecological sensitivity of Yingqiu town is generally higher, and the very sensitive, highly sensitive, moderately sensitive, low sensitive, and insensitive areas occupied 10.09%,12.50%,25.57%,32.24%,19.60%, respectively. Some advice on the town's zoning protection and construction were proposed, which can meet the development needs and minimize the impact of ecological environment, so as to ensure the sustainable development of ecological environment of Yingqiu town.
