中国数字文化产业发展的实践考察与对策建议

摘要
发展数字文化产业,对于满足人们日益增长的多元化的数字文化消费需求,以及实现"文化产业成为国家支柱性产业"的战略目标,都极具意义。近年来,我国在发展数字文化产业上频频发力,做出了许多创新性探索,这包括业态创新、服务创新、规制创新、动能创新等方面。这些创新性探索有效地促进了我国数字文化产业的良性发展和长足进步,但与此同时,相关实证分析显示,目前我国数字文化产业仍然面临人才困境、知识产权困境、技术困境、IP资源困境。要推进我国数字文化产业更好更快发展,就必须打造更具有活力的数字技术创新生态系统,推进数字文化产业人才培养体系建设,建立健全数字文化产业版权保护机制,创新优质数字IP资源孵化机制和模式。
The development of digital culture industry is of great significance to meet the increasing diversity of digital cultural consumption demand and to achieve the strategic goal of"cultural industry becoming the pillar industry of the country".In recent years,China has made a lot of innovative explorations in the development of digital culture industry,which includes innovation,service innovation,regulation innovation and kinetic energy innovation.These innovative explorations have effectively promoted the sound development and great progress of China's digital culture industry,but at the same time,the relevant facts are related.Evidence analysis shows that at present,China's digital cultural industry is still facing difficulties of talents,intellectual property rights,technological difficulties and IP resources.In order to promote the better and faster development of China's digital culture industry,it is necessary to build a more dynamic innovation ecosystem for digital technology,promote the construction of the talent training system in the digital culture industry,establish and improve the copyright protection mechanism of the digital culture industry,and innovate the system and mode of the high quality digital IP resource incubator.
