呼吸治疗护士参与ICU患者安全转运的效果研究

摘要
目的探讨ICU设置呼吸治疗护士参与患者安全转运的效果。方法选择ICU急危重症患者220例,分为对照组和观察组各110例。对照组采用常规方法转运,观察组在对照组基础上成立转运小组、制订转运流程、实施由呼吸治疗护士参与的患者转运。结果观察组转运过程中,意外事件的发生率显著降低,观察组患者转运后护理人员互评满意度高。结论危重症患者转运是ICU抢救、治疗的重要环节,采用呼吸治疗护士参与患者的转运可以有效降低转运风险,是危重症患者安全转运的重要保证。
Objective To evaluate the effects of respiratory care nurse-involved in safety transfer for intensive care unit(ICU) pa-tients.Methods A total of 220 ICU patients were divided into the control group(n= 110) and the observation group(n= 110).The routinesafety transfer was used in the control group.The observation group was safety transferred by estabalishing transfer group,transfer process,im-plementing transfer involving respiratory care nurse.Results The rate of adverse event decreased,while nurse-nurse satifaction increased af-ter transfer in the observation group.Conclusion Safety transfer is critical for ICU patients rescue,respiratory care nurse-involved transferteam can effectively reduce the transfer risk for ICU patients,which is the importment assurement for aitical patients safety transfer.
